It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to shoot any firearms, shoot or fire any fire-crackers, sky-rockets, Roman candles, sparklers, torpedoes, or to shoot, or fire or throw or explode any form or kind of fireworks or other inflammable or explosive material or substance, on or in the public streets and alleys or other public places within the corporate limits of the town at any time.
