§ 91.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Violation of § 91.04 results in the following fees:

      (1)   Twenty-five dollars if fee is paid without action being filed in the county court to enforce payment; and

      (2)   Fifty dollars, plus attorney’s fees for service rendered to enforce § 91.04, if action is filed and judgment entered by the county court to enforce § 91.04.
