141.06 MEDICAL DIRECTOR OF THE DIVISION OF FIRE AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES.

The Director of Safety shall appoint a Medical Director for the Division of Fire and Emergency Medical Services to advise the Division on matters pertaining to the provision of emergency medical services and certify qualifications and licensure requirements as required by the State. The Medical Director shall be a licensed physician in the State.
