137.04 DIRECTOR'S DUTIES AS SUCCESSOR TO CLERK AND TREASURER.

The Director of Finance shall perform all duties prescribed by ordinance or required by the laws of the State of Ohio not inconsistent with the provisions of the City Charter, which duties shall include those previously performed by the Clerk and Treasurer of the City.
