   1151.02 CERTIFICATES OF NONCONFORMANCE REQUIRED.
   A Certificate of Nonconformance shall be required for all lawful nonconforming uses of land and buildings created by adoption of this Zoning Ordinance in accordance with the provisions of Section 1125.03.
