Whenever a petition of property owners, as required by Section 905.08, specifies sidewalk construction materials other than concrete, the City share of the cost of said construction shall be limited to an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the cost of construction had concrete been used instead of the alternative material. Property owners shall pay the balance of the cost of construction determined pursuant to Section 905.09 and in one of the methods set forth in Section 905.10. (Ord. 46-95. Passed 7-24-95.)
