When a sidewalk construction permit is issued, according to the conditions set forth in Section 905.04 construction shall take place under the supervision and control of, and to the satisfaction and approval of the Building Inspector, or authorized representative.
(a) The Department of Engineering shall be notified at least twenty-four hours in advance of all work, so that inspection may be scheduled.
(b) No concrete shall be placed until forms have been inspected and approved by the Building Inspector, or authorized representative.
