905.01 TYPES OF SIDEWALKS PERMITTED.

   All sidewalks hereafter constructed within the public right of way along any City street or highway shall be constructed according to material and construction specifications set forth in Sections 905.04 and 905.05.

   Such sidewalks shall be constructed of either:

   (a)   Portland cement concrete;

   (b)   Paving bricks set in a cement mortar setting bed upon a Portland cement concrete foundation; or

   (c)   Paving bricks set in a sand bed upon a compacted soil base.
