§ 113.03 NUMBER OF CANNABIS ESTABLISHMENTS.
   (A)   No more than one cannabis dispensary shall be allowed to operate in the city at any time.
   (B)   No more than one cannabis product manufacturing facility shall be allowed to operate in the city at any time.
   (C)   No more than one cannabis cultivation facility shall be allowed to operate in the city at any time.
