539.25 PARKING.

   (a)   No person shall park an automobile or other vehicle on a principal roadway so as to block a lane provided for traffic moving forward and to the right of the center line.

   (b)   No person shall park a vehicle at any point where posted signs designate no parking.

   (c)   No person shall park or store a vehicle within any park between the park closing hours of thirty minutes after official sundown and 6:00 a.m. Exceptions are a disabled vehicle or under special permit as defined in Section 539.10(a).

   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
