539.10 HOURS OF CLOSING; CLOSED AREAS DURING OPEN HOURS; CURFEW.
   (a)    Unless otherwise established by the Director, parks other than those designed specifically for nighttime use (i.e. lighted courts or field; enclosed facilities) shall be closed thirty minutes after official sundown, and remain so until 6:00 a.m. the next day, during which time no person shall be permitted to remain, stop or park within the confines of the park, parkway, parking lot or other reservations except in an emergency or with a special permit from the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, a copy of which permit must be filed with the law enforcement agency at time of issue.
   (b)   No person shall remain, stop, park within or interfere with an area marked “CLOSED” by the Director, law enforcement officer or other official.
   (c)   Any curfew established by ordinance shall be in effect within any park or park and recreation facility.
   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
