EDITOR'S NOTE: By Ordinance 1976-84, passed December 7, 1976, Council approved the union of the City Health District with the Wayne County General Health District to form a combined district to be known as the Wayne County General Health District pursuant to the authority granted under Ohio R.C. 3709.07.
