107.01 ADOPTION AND PURPOSES.

   Council has adopted the following Rules, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Wooster, Ohio, for the purpose of:

   (a)   Establishing a reasonable method for any person to determine the time and place of all regularly scheduled meetings and the time, place and purpose of all special meetings;

   (b)   Making provisions for giving advance notice of special meetings to the news media that have requested notification; and

   (c)   Making provisions for persons to request and obtain reasonable advance notification of all meetings at which any specific type of public business is to be discussed. (Ord. 2001-34. Passed 7-2-01.)
