111.36 SERVICE AND RETURN OF SUBPOENAS.

   The subpoena provided for in Section 111.34 shall be served by the Chief of Police, or any regularly appointed policeman of the City, and the service shall conform to the usages and practices of the Municipal Court in serving subpoenas. The officer asking the service of such subpoena shall make due return thereof to either Council or the committee appointed, as the case may be. (1950 Code, p. 75.)
