111.35 FORM OF SUBPOENAS.

The subpoena provided for in Section 111.34 shall, when issued by Council, be signed by the President of Council, and, when issued by the committee, be signed by the chairman of such committee. The form of subpoena adopted and used in Municipal Court shall be deemed sufficient in form. (1950 Code, p. 75.)
