111.09 PROCEDURE OF BUSINESS.

After reading and disposing of the journal the President shall proceed with the order of business adopted in Section 111.08. The President may, however, at any time, permit a member to introduce an ordinance, resolution or motion out of the regular order for business if there is no objection on the part of any member. (1950 Code, p. 70.)
