111.08 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   Business at all regular meetings of Council shall be transacted in the following order:
   (a)    Roll call and ordering the agenda.
   (b)    Reading and disposal of the minutes or journal.
   (c)    Communications from the Mayor or Administration.
   (d)   Petitions; communications from the public.
   (e)    Reports of committees.
   (f)    Public hearings.
   (g)   Old business.
      (1)   Ordinances on third reading.
      (2)   Ordinances on second reading.
      (3)   Resolutions on third reading.
      (4)   Resolutions on second reading.
   (h)   New business.
      (1)   Introduction of ordinances.
      (2)   Introduction of resolutions.
   (i)    Miscellaneous business.
