1369.01 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.

   (a)   The City Council of the City of Wooster hereby designates the City of Wooster Board of Building Appeals, constituted under Chapter 1311 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Wooster, Ohio to serve as the appeals board. For purposes of these regulations, the city engineer and the city planning and zoning manager will also serve as members of the Board of Building Appeals.

   (b)   The Board of Building Appeals shall keep minutes of its proceedings showing the vote of each member upon each question and shall keep records of all official actions. Records of the Board of Building Appeals shall be kept and filed in the office of the Chief Building Official.

1369.02 POWERS AND DUTIES.

   (a)   The Board of Building Appeals shall hear and decide appeals where it is alleged there is an error in any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the Floodplain Administrator in the administration or enforcement of these regulations.

   (b)   Authorize variances in accordance with Section 1369.04.
