CHAPTER 1367
Use and Development Standards

   NOTE: The following use and development standards apply to development wholly within, partially within, or in contact with any special flood hazard area as established in Section 1361.06 or 1365.11(a).

1367.01   Use regulations.

1367.02   Water and wastewater systems.

1367.03   Subdivisions and large developments.

1367.04   Residential structures.

1367.05   Nonresidential structures.

1367.06   Accessory structures.

1367.07   Recreational vehicles.

1367.08   Above ground gas or liquid storage tanks.

1367.081   Storage of infectious materials, hazardous materials or radioactive materials.

1367.09   Assurance of flood carrying capacity.

1367.01 USE REGULATIONS.

   (a)   Permitted Uses. All uses not otherwise prohibited in this section or any other applicable land use regulation adopted by the City of Wooster are allowed provided they meet the provisions of these regulations.

   (b)   Prohibited Uses.

      (1)   Private water supply systems in all special flood hazard areas identified by FEMA, permitted under Section 3701 of the Ohio Revised Code.

      (2)   Infectious waste treatment facilities in all special flood hazard areas, permitted under Section 3734 of the Ohio Revised Code.
