1307.01 PERMIT; LIABILITY INSURANCE.

   No building shall be moved to a new location within the City, or from within the City to outside the City limits, or from outside the City limits to within the City without a written permit being first issued by the Division of Building Standards. Prior to the permit issuance, the person desiring to move the building shall present currently effective liability insurance in an amount not less than amount listed below and conditioned that he will indemnify and save the City or any person or property harmless from all types of loss and damage that may be occasioned in any way by moving such building.

 

Bodily injury	$100,000 each person
	300,000 each accident
Property damage liability	100,000
