137.02 VILLAGE WORKS ADMINISTRATOR.
   (a)   A Village Works Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to a concurrence of a majority of the members of Council.
   (b)   The Village Works Administrator shall responsible for the overall supervision of all employees of the Village of Woodville, excepting the Police Department and Village Clerk's Office.
   (c)   The Village Works Administrator shall supervise and coordinate the activities of the Electric, Water and Sewer Departments and shall assume the duties of Helper I in the Street Department, to such a degree as his time is available.
   (d)   The compensation of the Village Works Administrator shall be established by the Village Pay Ordinance and shall be paid 1/5 from Sewer Fund, 1/5 from Street Fund, 1/5 from Water Fund and 2/5 from Electric Fund.
   (e)   The Village Works Administrator shall report to the Mayor of the Village, and shall only be removed after a public hearing before a joint meeting of the Board of Public Affairs and the Council of the Village of Woodville. He shall, however, serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.

   (f)   (1)   The position of Administrative Assistant to the Village Works Administrator is hereby established to assist in filing, setting up spread sheets, preparing documents for meetings, grants, zoning issues and other related duties.
      (2)   The position of Administrative Assistant shall be deemed to be a part time position under the current Village Wage Ordinance and compensation shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of said ordinance.
      (3)   This position will require maintaining records; possessing computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet experience and basic budgeting skills; general office skills with a positive, professional outlook; willingness to work well with co-workers and Village residents.
