925.07 TAP-IN FEES.
   Where the building or other structure so to be connected to the Municipal sewerage system was not assessed on the County Auditor’s tax list as an improvement to real estate at the time when the estimated tax value assessments were prepared pursuant to Resolution No. 43-69, the Clerk of the Board of Trustees of Public Affairs shall not issue a permit for the purpose described in Section 925.06 until the applicant therefor shall have paid a tap-in charge to be determined in accordance with the following schedules:
