505.15 GRAZING.

No person, or corporation, being the owner of, or having in charge, any such animal mentioned in Section 505.01, shall herd, tie, or hitch the same, for the purpose of grazing, upon any road, street, or alley, within the limits of the Village, when damage will be done thereby to shade-trees and ditches.
