   137.03 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)   The residency requirement established by Ohio R.C. 735.271 mandating that the Village Administrator become a Village resident is waived.

   (b)   The Village Administrator must reside within the Township of Woodville.
(Ord. 25-2010. Passed 10-25-10.)
