149.05 VEHICLE USE POLICY.

(a) The policy set forth in Exhibit A attached to Ordinance 14-2007 and made a part hereof shall be, and hereby is adopted as the Employee Use of Village Provided Vehicle/Equipment Policy of the Village of Woodville.

(b) The Municipal officers having authority over employee use of the Village vehicles/equipment shall, henceforth, act in accordance with such policy.
