(a) The Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to hold the Village credit cards in the office of the Fiscal Officer, with the exception of gasoline credit cards, which are held at the respective stations.
(b) The Fiscal Officer is authorized to release said credit cards to Village employees upon request for a specific purchase and said credit cards are to be returned to the Fiscal Officer immediately after the purchase.
