1127.03 SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.
   (a)    More than one principal building is permitted on an individual lot. When multiple principal buildings are located on an individual lot, the spacing between the buildings shall be reviewed and approved by the Woodsfield Village Fire Chief or their designee.
   (b)    Minimum Building Setback Requirements. Principal buildings shall be located on a lot in a manner that maintains the minimum front, side and rear yards set forth in Table 1127.03 for the district in which the lot is located.
   (c)    Minimum Parking Setback Requirements. Off-street parking shall be located in compliance with the minimum setbacks, measured from the street right-of-way or property line, as specified in Table 1127.03 unless otherwise noted.
      (1)    Off-street parking spaces shall be provided in compliance with Chapter 1137.
      (2)    The area within the parking setback shall be landscaped in accordance with Chapter 1141, Landscaping and Buffers.
