(a) No trailer camp or tourist camp shall be located in any residential district or commercial district, as defined by the Zoning Code, except as provided in Section 1321.10.
(b) No trailer or tourist camp shall be located within the Village unless Village water and sewer connections, electrical connections and fire protection facilities are available.
(c) No occupied trailer or other building shall be located within the Village within the recognized setback line for the zoning district in which such trailer or cabin is located, nor less than fifteen (15) feet from another building or vehicle or of the boundary line of the tract on which located.
