Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Specifically excepted from this provision (without limitation) is the penalty for violation of defacing any monument (see Section 945.06(f)), which shall be punishable as a misdemeanor of the third degree pursuant to Ohio law.
