941.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, except Section 941.01(f), is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whoever violates Section 941.01(f) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. (Ord. 780-88. Passed 9-19-88.)

(b) Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
