(a) No person shall operate any motor vehicle, motorcycle, motor bike or bicycle except within the defined and marked areas. No person shall park any motor vehicle, motorcycle, motor bike or bicycle upon the driveway of any Village park.

(b) No person shall enter any Village park between the hours of 12:00 midnight to 6:00 a.m. for any purpose except during such period such person is attending scheduled ball games or unless such person has special permission of the Recreation Board or Manager of the park; any person attending scheduled ball games shall immediately leave the park if such game ends between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m.

(c) No person shall operate any motor vehicle, motorcycle or motor bike or other motorized vehicle within any Village park, except upon the roadways or parking areas of the park.
(d) No person shall have in his possession, within any Village park, any open containers of alcohol beverages, including beer commonly known as six percent (6%) beer, and beer commonly known as three and two-tenths percent (3.2%) beer.
(e) No person shall maliciously destroy or deface any property within any Village park area.
(f) No person shall deposit any rubbish, trash or litter of any type in any Village park, except in containers provided for that purpose.
(g) No person shall enter or attempt to enter any Village park without paying the established admission charge or exhibiting a season pass or other ticket issued by the Recreation Board.
(h) No person shall enter the pool area except through the entrance provided.
(i) No male shall enter or attempt to enter the bath house or toilet facilities provided for women, except for repairs or maintenance, and with the permission of the pool manager. No female shall enter or attempt to enter the bath house or toilet facilities provided for men, except for repairs or maintenance, and with the permission of the pool manager.
(j) The manager of the Monroe Memorial Pool, with the advice and consent of the Recreation Board, shall establish reasonable rules and regulations for the conduct of persons within the Monroe Memorial Pool. Such rules and regulations shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the men’s and women’s bath house.
(k) The manager of the Monroe Memorial Pool, the lifeguards or other employees shall have the right to eject any person found violating any of the rules or regulations. Any person ejected for violating such rules shall not be permitted to return to the pool during that day. The pool manager may notify any person who has been evicted three times to appear before the Recreation Board to show cause why he should not be prohibited from the pool area for the remainder of the season.
