151.05 WORK WEEK.

   (EDITOR’S NOTE: See Section 143.06 for law enforcement officers work week schedule.)

   Forty hours shall be standard work week for employees paid at an hourly rate, who shall have a forty-three hour standard work week. When any hourly employee is authorized to work more than his standard work week, he shall be compensated for time over his standard work week at one and one-half times at hourly rate.
