(a) The work week of Law Enforcement Officers of the Municipality of Woodsfield shall be and hereby is established at a total of forty (40) hours per week, and shall commence at 12:00 midnight Monday, and shall conclude at 11:59:59 p.m. Sunday.
(b) All full time uniformed Officers of the Woodsfield Police Department shall receive overtime pay at the rate of one and one-half of his/her regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours per work week (and/or for any holiday fixed by the Woodsfield Municipal Code) which he/she works due to the normal work schedule of the Woodsfield Police Department.
(c) All full time uniformed Officers of the Woodsfield Police Department shall receive pay for each holiday fixed by the Woodsfield Municipal Code and shall receive vacation, personal time, sick pay, and seniority stipend for continuous service as provided by the Woodsfield Municpal Code which he/she works due to the normal work schedule of the Woodsfield Police Department.
