§ 150.106 PERMITS REQUIRED.
   (A)   No licensed electrician shall perform any new service wiring or remodeling or service work under such license without first having obtained a permit to do so from the City Clerk. At the same time, the applicant shall pay to the City Clerk for electrical permits the following:
      (1)   Single-family, detached residential.
         (a)   For all general work - a basic flat fee of $20;
         (b)   For installation of a:
 
100 amp service
$25
200 amp service
$35
Greater than a 200 amp service
$45
 
      (2)   Multi-family residential.
         (a)   For all general work - a basic flat fee of $30 per dwelling unit receiving improvements.
         (b)   Installation of electrical service boxes follows the fee schedule listed under the single-family, detached residential in division (A)(1) above.
      (3)   Nonresidential. Basic flat fee of $25 plus $.25 per amp over 100 amps.
   (B)   Applications for such permits shall be made on a regulation blank by the licensee, stating location of premises and character and location of work proposed to be done.
   (C)   Such application shall furnish all information necessary to enable the Electrical Inspector to determine the character and extent of the work proposed to be done and whether the same, when so done, will comply with the electrical code specifications and regulations of the city.
