§ 150.081 ACCESS TO PREMISES FOR INSPECTION.
   (A)   The Electrical Inspector and Fire Chief shall have the right during reasonable hours, and in such manner as not to unreasonably interfere with the safe and proper operation of any apparatus, equipment, or construction inspected or tested, to enter any premises in said city in the discharge of their official duty, and for such purpose they shall be given prompt access to all such premises on application to the owner, agent, or person in charge or control of the same.
   (B)   Any person owning, controlling, or using any electrical apparatus, construction, or equipment,
subject to inspection under the provisions of this subchapter shall provide at his or her expense, such arrangements and facilities as may be necessary for the purpose of the inspection in this subchapter provided for, and lend all reasonable assistance required by the Electrical Inspector or Fire Chief upon inspection.
