(A) Possession of kratom, mitragynine, 7-hydroxymitragynine, and derivatives, compounds, mixtures salts, or preparation of the plant mitaragyna speciosa, not in its natural form. It is unlawful for any person to use, or to possess, manufacture, compound, convert, produce, process, prepare, test, analyze, pack, repack, store, contain, conceal, or inject any of said controlled substances in violation of this subchapter.
(B) Manufacture or deliver of kratom, mitragynine, 7-hydroxymitragynine, and derivatives, compounds, mixtures salts, or preparation of the plant mitaragyna speciosa, not in its natural form. It is unlawful for any person to manufacture, refine, distill, purify, deliver, or possess with intent to deliver, any of said controlled substances and is a violation of this subchapter to do so.
(C) Delivery of kratom, mitragynine, 7-hydroxymitragynine, and derivatives, compounds, mixtures salts, or preparation of the plant mitaragyna speciosa, not in its natural form, to a minor. Any person 18 years of age or over who violates division (B) above by delivering any of said controlled substances to a person under 18 years of ages is guilty of special offense.
