§ 136.21 CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.
   (A)   Mephedrone and methylenedioxypyrovalerone are each hereby declared and defined as a controlled substances, as the term is used in this subchapter.
   (B)   Possession, use, or delivery of either, is hereby declared illegal and a violation of city ordinances.
