§ 120.02 NOTICE OF GATHERING; APPLICATION.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of any person or persons conducting, calling for, or managing any gathering in any premises other than a theater, lodge room, or auditorium building constructed as provided in § 120.01 to notify the City Clerk of the date of such intended performance at least ten days before the meeting is to take place; upon such notice the Fire Chief or the Building Inspector shall inspect the premises to determine whether or not it complies with the provisions hereof.
   (B)   All applications for license for such a gathering as set forth in division (A) above shall be in writing upon a form provided by the City Clerk and shall be accompanied by a fee of $5. No license issued hereunder shall extend beyond a period of 14 days from the date of issuance; it shall be subject to the condition that this chapter be fully complied with, whether or not such condition is embodied in the license and it may be revoked or withdrawn by the City Manager for any violation of the provisions hereof.
