§ 116.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 116.01 through 116.04 shall, except as otherwise provided, be fined not more than $200. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 116.15 through 116.18 shall, except as otherwise provided, be fined not less than $50 or not more than $200. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
