§ 116.15 APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL REQUIRED.
   No person, firm, corporation, or organization shall sponsor or conduct the sale of produce or handicrafts on public streets and parking lots without application and specific approval of the City Council. Such activity shall be limited to streets and sidewalks which are adjacent to property zoned commercial.
