§ 115.12 SUSPENSION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   If the city finds that any person has willfully avoided payment of the tax imposed by this chapter or any fines or penalties assessed for the non payment or late payment of said tax, it may also suspend or revoke all city licenses held by such tax evader, in addition to the actions allowed in § 115.07.
   (B)   The owner/operator of the hotel or motel shall have an opportunity to be heard at such a hearing for the suspension of said license if such request is made, said hearing to be held not less than 15 days after the notice of the time and place of the notice to be held addressed to the business owner at his or her last known place of business.
