§ 114.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 114.01 through 114.07 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 114.20 through 114.27 shall be fined not more than $500 for each and every violation thereof, and every day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
