§ 114.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   VENDING MACHINE. Any automatic vending machine used for the purpose of selling goods, wares or merchandise, and controlled by the insertion of currency.
