(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to operate, rent, lease, or display for use any coin-operated machine for amusement within 300 feet of any public or parochial school within the city; to do so shall constitute a violation of this subchapter.
(B) This section does not apply to juke boxes or victrolas.
