§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be fined not more than $500 for each and every violation thereof, and every day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Any person violating any provisions of § 112.03 shall upon conviction be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500.
   (C)   Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation who shall have been found guilty of a violation of § 112.44 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense or shall be imprisoned in the county jail for a period not more than six months, or be both so fined and imprisoned. Every person who shall be committed to the county jail or to the city jail by reason of the violation of § 112.44 shall be required to work at whatever labor his or her strength permits either within or without the place of incarceration, not to exceed ten hours each working day.
