§ 112.42 CLOSING HOURS.
   (A)   No retail dealer shall sell, permit to be sold, or give away liquor between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on weekdays and between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 12 noon on Sundays, except for the exception granted holders for a late or early license.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to keep open for business or to admit the public to any premises in or on which alcoholic liquor is sold at retail during the hours within which the sale of such liquor is prohibited; provided, that in the case of restaurants, liquor stores, clubs and hotels, such establishments may be kept open during such hours, but no alcoholic liquor may be sold to or consumed by the public during such hours.
   (C)   It shall be a violation of the closing hour if any individual, not employed by the licensee, enters the licensed premises after the closing hour. No alcoholic beverages may be sold or given away after the closing hour. It shall be a violation of the closing hour, if any individual, not employed by the licensee, is in the licensed building 20 minutes after the closing hour.
