§ 112.41 EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   A minor may be employed in any premises used for the sale of alcoholic liquor; however, it shall be unlawful to employ a person under the age of 19 years to make a sale or delivery of an alcoholic beverage.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person who is afflicted with or a carrier of any contagious, infectious, or venereal disease to work in or about any premises or to engage in any way in the handling, preparation, or distribution of alcoholic beverages.
