§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 96.08 or 96.09(B) or (C) shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $500 for each offense.
