§ 96.09 DEPOSITS ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to deposit on any street any material which may be harmful to the pavement thereof, or any water material, or any glass, or other articles which may do injury to any person, animal, or property.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to dump or deposit, or cause to be dumped or deposited any grass, leaves, branches, or any other things in the roadway or gutter of any public street or alley in the city.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to cast, throw, or propel any missile on any street, alley, or other public place; and it shall be unlawful to throw or deposit any glass, nails, tacks, or other similar articles on any street, sidewalk, alley, or other public place in the city.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful to deposit on any public sidewalk any material which may be harmful to the pavement thereof, or any waste material, or any glass or other articles which might cause injury to persons, animals, or property. Merchandise or other articles may be deposited on sidewalks preparatory to delivery, provided that the usable width of the sidewalk is not thereby reduced to less than four feet; and provided that no such article shall remain on such walk for more than one half hour.
