§ 96.14 GAMES CAUSING UNNECESSARY NOISE OR INTERFERING WITH TRAFFIC PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful to play any games upon any street, alley, sidewalk, or other public place, where such games cause unnecessary noise or interference with traffic or pedestrians.
